Brand Voice
I love defining, crafting and building a brand’s voice. It’s what gives a brand substance, helps people connect with it and, when done right, is as inimitable as it is un-ignorable. I’m a big believer in crystallizing what a brand sounds like, what it stands for, and how it behaves—a North Star that’s clearly defined and actionable, but also loose enough to help teams flex the brand’s tone based on channel, audience and purpose.
Android Brand Voice
In 2025, I led the development of Android’s brand voice here at Google. I worked closely with Brand Leads as well as the design team to craft our persona, our three voice pillars, how we behave, and who we are as a brand.
Verizon Brand Voice
Along with working on launches, campaigns and activations, I led the Brand Voice team at Verizon. We worked in lockstep with design, motion, photography and strategy. Learn how I not only developed the voice, but also founded an entire Brand Voice program at Verizon.
