Full-scale 360 Product Launch & Campaign
In 2023, Verizon launched a completely new way to get Unlimited plans. It was their biggest launch in years. I worked with multiple departments within the company, as well as with partner agencies, to direct, write and strategize across nearly all executions, ensuring the work stayed on brand and on strategy.

Full-scale 360 Product Launch & Campaign
Co-led the launch of Verizon’s first-ever credit card—from developing language, working with internal teams across the organization, and directing partner agencies.

 

+play

Platform Launch
I directed and wrote copy for a new platform called +play: a site where Verizon customers can shop, subscribe and manage all of their favorite subscriptions—from TV shows to gaming to lifestyle apps like Calm and Peloton. I worked closely with our partner agency, Publicis Nitro, to make sure the site stayed true to our Brand Voice.
